Topic: Relationship Between Cognition and Functional Outcome in Schizophrenia

Objectives:
1. become familiar with the three concepts of “cognitive functioning”, “functional
capacity”, and “real-world functioning”, and ways to measure these entities.
2. learn how cognition, as measured by classic neuropsychological tests, is
related to real-word functioning.
3. know how cognition affects quality of life in Schizophrenia.
